The Association of Collegiate Conference and Events Directors-International consists of over 1,300 campus professionals who design, market, coordinate and plan conferences and special events on the campuses of colleges and universities around the world. Since 1980, ACCED-I has increased the visibility and enhanced the stature of the collegiate conference and events profession.

The Event Safety Alliance® (ESA) is a nonprofit trade association of live event industry professionals committed to eliminating unsafe behaviors and conditions throughout our industry. The association is made up of individual and corporate members from all segments of the live event industry who are devoted to making a difference—and saving lives.
The Entertainment Technician Certification Program (ETCP) is an industry-wide program of rigorous assessments for professional technicians. Bringing together an unprecedented group of industry organizations, businesses and individuals, ETCP focuses on disciplines that directly affect the health and safety of crews, performers, and audiences. Approximately 1/3 of Advanced Staging’s technical staff currently hold one or more ETCP Certifications. More will be certified over the next year and three of our technicians will join an elite group nationwide by obtaining all three certifications (Entertainment Electrician, Rigger-Arena and Rigger-Theatre).

The Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau (PHLCVB), a private non-profit, is the official Tourism Promotion Agency for the City of Philadelphia globally, and the primary sales and marketing agency for the expanded Pennsylvania Convention Center. The PHLCVB competes with its counterparts worldwide for convention and tourism business.
