DESCRIPTION:
Manages and ensures successful execution of client events from quoting process to final execution. Works closely with Account Managers to drive growth on the teams. Provides oversite on all jobs and coordinates activities of leads, techs and labor on show site. Works directly with Account Managers to develop annual sales plan.
PRIMARY DUTIES:

- Execution of Pre-Production plan

Pre-production
- Assess RFP
- Create Quote and JCA
- Review with Account Rep and adjust as necessary
- Technical review with Leads and or Jason
- Client discussions and follow ups as necessary
- Site inspection as needed
- Working with resource coordinator on sub rentals and labor
- Logistical coordination
- Accurate updating in Rental management software and with Account Manager
- Pre-con meeting with show techs

PERFORMANCE EVALUATION:
The following activities are those upon which your performance will be evaluated to calculate your eligibility for the annual compensation bonus pool. These aspects of your performance will be evaluated by your immediate supervisor and members of the Executive Leadership Team to determine your bonus value.
