Booking & Scheduling
Our studio is available to rent Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Please email info@advancedstaging.com with dates and times to confirm availability.
After hours and weekends are available, but require a custom quote outside of our standard pricing. Please email info@advancedstaging.com with dates and times you wish to reserve.
Quoting
While we strive to provide accurate pricing information in our overview, please note that all bookings require a formal quote to be approved and confirmed. To receive an official quote, please email us at info@advancedstaging.com. This quote will include all details related to your booking, including any additional services or special requests.
Please review and approve the formal quote to confirm your booking. The booking is only considered finalized once the quote has been approved and the required deposit has been received.

Cancellation Policy
At Advanced Staging Productions, we understand that plans can change. To accommodate these changes while also ensuring the availability of our podcast studio for other clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule their booking without incurring any charges.
Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before the Booking: If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time, a cancellation fee of the remaining 50% of the total booking cost will be charged.
No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show or if the booking is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the full cost of the booking will be charged.
Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled time to avoid any rescheduling fees. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours prior will be treated as a cancellation, and the above fees may apply.

Payment Policy
At Advanced Staging Productions, we are committed to providing a clear and straightforward payment process for all our clients. Please review our payment policy below:
Deposit: To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your reservation and guarantees your scheduled date and time in our studio.
Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% of the total cost is due at the time of recording. Full payment must be completed before the start of your session.
Invoices and Receipts: Invoices will be provided upon request, and receipts will be issued upon payment of both the deposit and the remaining balance.
We appreciate your prompt payments, which help us maintain our commitment to delivering exceptional service to all our clients.
